Yes. MRA offers
design/build services for residences to be constructed in the state of
Will Monet build from a plan prepared by another firm?
Yes. After a review of the construction documents provided, MRA will provide a proposal for construction services only.
How do I place an order for one of the Monet stock plans?
Send an email to orders@monetresidential.com listing the plan name desired and your contact information and a representative will contact you within twenty-four hours. You can also call the office at (678) 346-1225, and place an order over the phone.
Are reverse floor plans available?
Yes, true reverse floor plans can be prepared for all designs by our design department for a fee of $215.00. Mirror Image Sets are available at no cost. However, the letters and dimensions will appear backwards on the Mirror Image Set. On true reverse plans, letters and dimensions are drawn to coincide with the reconfiguration of the floor plan.
Are material lists available for Monet stock plans?
Yes, material lists are available for most designs.
Does Monet offer different elevations for stock plans?
Certain plans are prepared with several different elevations. However, our design department can make the required modifications at an additional fee.
How long does it take to receive plan sets once an order is placed?
Plan sets ship within twenty-four hours of the receipt of a placed order. Shipping time differs based on the shipping option selected by the client. Orders cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box.
Does Monet make modifications to stock plans?
Yes. From adding square footage to reconfiguring rooms, modifications are available on all stock plans. Please contact a design associate to discuss pricing options.
Can I return a plan if I determine that it does not fit my needs?
Stock plans may be returned for a full refund, less restocking fees and shipping charges, within thirty days of the order date provide that the package is returned to our office unopened. No refunds will be offered for artwork, custom design services, open boxes, or CAD files. Exchanges are subject to differences in the list price and restocking fees.
Can I purchase one copy of the plan and make copies as needed?
No. All Monet plans are protected by the United States Copyright Act. Our plans cannot be used in any way without purchasing a license from Monet Residential Associates, LLC. Plans cannot be copied without the expressed written consent of Monet Residential Associates, LLC.
