General Information

Monet Residential Associates was founded by Trenton King after he spent over a decade in the arena of commercial construction and project management. King loved working closely with the Owners on various projects, and found himself ecstatic and overjoyed after seeing their faces once their dreams became a reality. He wanted to experience this on a more personal level, and returned to his roots in residential construction.

Trent uses his knowledge acquired in the real world, coupled with his studies of Architecture and Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia to deliver designs appealing to homeowners and builders alike. For the homeowner, MRA strives to develop designs that offer both functionality and curb appeal creating added value to their investment. For the builders, it is MRA’s objective to present designs that will place them on a level above the competition with homes designed to appeal to all age groups, built of the finest materials, using sound construction principles thus allowing them to make a reasonable profit.

In keeping with Trent’s principles of honesty, integrity, and accountability MRA operates as a company that believes in delivering upon their promises and accomplishing the task at hand. By keeping the client’s desires and budget in mind during the design process, MRA feels that the end result will be an abundance of joy realized from a dream fulfilled.
